Marketing Program Specialist

Job Description:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Under general direction, recommend and implement strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines, or market segments.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports sales and advertising programs including proposal generation. Performs market research projects.
Recommends and implements strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines, or market segments.
Responsible for product promotion and working with other business partners to deliver business results.
Defines, develops, and implements marketing programs which may include websites, direct marketing campaigns, print, advertising, or dealer and consumer-focused promotions.
Develops, analyzes, and manages marketing expenses. Identifies new business and revenue opportunities.
Research and develop pricing policy and recommend sales channels.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Skills will be used to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Candidate must demonstrate exceptional skills in building relationships and active listening. Must exhibit strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. Additionally, must have business acumen and expertise in marketing strategy and best practices.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Must have the ability to effectively communicate and present on an executive level.
