Job Description

Cabin cleaners are the heart and soul of our operations. Whether your guest is returning from the theme parks after a long day or hiking the trails of the Smoky Mountains, their vacation starts and ends with you. 

Greet all guests, owners, and team members with a friendly disposition during your shifts and while on property.

Handle assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all rooms are clean, sanitized, and presentable.

Regularly check and maintain cleaning equipment.

Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean guest rooms.

Notify superiors of any damage, defects, or disturbances within rooms.

Provide amenities and handle guest requests with professionalism.

Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Adhere to hotel/resort standards, protocols, and procedures and comply with all safety and health regulations.
