Quality Assurance Associate/ Employee Health Nurse

Job Description

Conducts quality assurance audits of new and existing processes and products, detects quality problems, monitors and records the results from processes and procedures, compares the results to predetermined expected ranges, and takes corrective measures to improve operational processes when measurements are found to deviate from standards.

Use data analysis, technical writing, and document control skills to support the department with document control and quality audits, ensuring both internal and external regulations and standards are adhered to. Coordinates and conducts all aspects of employee health.

Collects and analyzes data on company processes and products, and arranges the data in reports for management

Verifies logs, databases and other data to track quality concerns and improvements

Investigates and diagnoses quality complaints, tracks down components, and recommends corrective actions to improve processes and practices

Assists the Chief Compliance Officer with corrective action tasks, and follow up with the department to ensure corrective action tasks are completed

Tracks document change controls, revisions, and dates; and supports finding supporting reference documents

Checks the implementation of the quality system to ensure the ongoing reliability of the manufacturing process.

Writes, maintains, and distributes quality assurance auditing and manufacturing documentation

Employee Health

Maintains Vaccines in cold chain

Performs site visits and reports

OSHA and medical equipment review

Other duties as assigned
