Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Planning & Program Design: Develop and implement an innovative DEI strategy that aligns with our business objectives, creating measurable outcomes and milestones that enable evaluation of program success and ongoing iteration of program strategy and design.

Program Management: Oversee and create DEI initiatives, resources, and content from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data to uncover insights and measure and report on the impact of DEI initiatives, ensuring alignment with our goals.

Outreach and Engagement: Amplify our DEI message internally and externally, to promote our initiatives and attract innovative, growth minded talent while regularly communicating progress against our objectives.

Building Partnerships: Work closely with stakeholders at all organizational levels from the ML leadership team, ERGs, to external partners, driving our DEI strategies and thought leadership across the board. You will be a key advisor to empowering our leaders to develop and implement impactful DEI strategies within their own teams.
