Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.

The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital, maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and level II Emergency Care.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:

CLA Coordinator performs and supervises clinical laboratory assistant function including phlebotomy, specimen. accessioning and routing, reference laboratory test ordering and packaging, registration process,

report distribution according to network and hospital policy and regulatory and accrediting standards.

Under the direction of the Med Tech Supervisor and Lab Manager for administrative matters and the Laboratory Medical Director for medical matters plans,organizes, and coordinates the work of employees in that section.

Maintains section quality, quality assurance,inventory and personnel competency.

Selects, trains and evaluates, and discharges employees.

Maintains section in accordance with the goals and policies of the department and institution.

Maintains budgetary control.

Job Requirements:

High school graduation or GED.
