Pay Rate: $16 per hour

 

Potential candidates must be authorized to work in the United Staes.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Trainee eager to join our training program and learn CADD Drafting Techniques. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in construction drafting, telecommunications, or a related field, who are eager to learn and excel in the art of CADD Drafting. The trainee will work under the guidance of an experienced trainer and is expected to demonstrate a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Participation in Training Program:Actively engage in a comprehensive training program for Computer Aided Drafting and Design.

Attend theoretical sessions, hands-on training, and practical exercises.

Create construction drawings for the building of telecom infrastructure.

Learning and Development:Demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning and mastering CADD Techniques.

Seek to understand and apply the training content effectively.

Problem Solving:Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address issues that may arise during drafting.

Produce quality work in a timely manner.

Effective Communication:Communicate effectively with the training team, asking questions, seeking clarification, and sharing insights as needed.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Enthusiasm for learning and gaining expertise in CADD Drafting.

Demonstrated ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with trainers and fellow trainees effectively.

Willing to work in a team setting in office at Conway, AR five days a week.

Flexibility to adapt to industry/client changes

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Additional certifications or coursework related to telecommunications and CADD.

Knowledge of advanced mechanical coaxial cable splicing techniques.
