The FG Indoor Air Quality U.S. business unit is dedicated to making the world a Safer, Healthier and More Productive Place by providing Pure Air Technologies. The company manufactures a broad range of products that includes both branded and private label HVAC air filters with superior media technology that enables the highest efficiency with the lowest pressure drop. The company’s filter offering includes panel, pleated and mini-pleated filters, among others, that are focused on the highest minimum-efficiency-reporting-values ratings and high-efficiency-particulate-absorbing requirements. The Senior Commercial Analyst will work directly with internal and external key account and cross-functional teams to analyze, identify, and drive current and future sales. In this role, the Commercial Analyst is responsible for driving sales with key accounts through analysis of sales trends and product trends to identify and pursue at once and future sales opportunities. Additional responsibilities include developing business cases for new product development and preparing market research.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes, identifies, and pursues areas to drive sales, market share, and generate new business through a consultative sales approach.
Support Sales team through analysis and insights to aid in product planning and pricing process.
Partner to develop strategic sales and promotional opportunities based on market share data, trends, and the market’s competitive landscape.
Develop gross market value measurements to analyze brand penetration by geography and understand key markets/epicenters that include clear and informative charts to visualize historical data and forecasted trends.
Manage stage gate process and assist with business case preparation for new product development pipeline. Conduct Product/Market fit analysis.
Develop, maintain and manage product pricing modules across all business units.
Create and maintain cost/price analysis for major OEM customers and HVAC business units.
Builds and maintains great working relationships with the account teams and all cross- functional areas

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in sales or financial analysis
• Experience in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insight.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable presenting analytics with detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high quality work in a timely manner.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
