My client is a leading provider of facilities management services, specializing in maintaining and optimizing critical infrastructure for various industries. Their expertise ensures that businesses can operate smoothly and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.

Location: Fort Mayers (Candidates within a 50-mile radius of open locations will be considered)

Role: HVAC/R Technicians

Pay Range: ($50k-90k/Year)

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment. Preference given to candidates with experience in the supermarket industry

License Required: EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal

Technician Duties:

Maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for a group of retail locations

Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner

Establish effective communication with Site Management to ensure they are informed of all ongoing maintenance activities

Liaise with Site Management to ensure effective communication of planned maintenance activities and diagnose equipment malfunctions

Provide timely job updates

Proactively check for and repair refrigerant leaks

Maintain all assigned assets to the highest standards

Perform refrigeration/HVAC preventive maintenance checks as assigned

Monitor and log refrigerant usage within assigned stores

Maintain clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms

Communicate with retail store personnel as needed to maintain product integrity

Participate in the company's after-hours emergency call program

Assist with troubleshooting problems

Complete equipment inventories as assigned

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Act in accordance with all company policies & procedures
