Ensure all visitors, Resia Staff, subcontractors, and suppliers are greeted when they arrive at the jobsite. Ensure they have proper PPE and safety training has been completed. Greeters will log all in and provide directions and/or information to visitors to ensure they find the correct location.

Responsibilities:
Greeters must comply with all Resia site specific safety policies including the mandatory wearing of PPE. PPE consists of the use of hard hats, safety glasses, working boots, and a reflective garment.

Greeters must also ensure that all workers entering the jobsite must have an orientation sticker on their hard hat and Kwant smart tag.

Greeters must log everyone in on a provided form.

Greeters will assist the project team by signing receipts and calling management when visitors and/or inspectors are on site.

Greeters must maintain professional conduct while helping visitors, Resia Staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Greeters will also deny any unauthorized access and report any suspicious activities, persons, or vehicles.

All deliveries must be logged in and should be directed to the correct location.

Greeters will report all security issues to the Security Manager or Safety Manager. The Security or Safety Manager will then address issues with corresponding parties.

Any changes to these guidelines will be updated with all parties involved.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience working in Security or prior Military preferred.

Ability to read, write and speak in English.

Customer services oriented and ability to work independently and with other team members.
