Job Description

Pay Rate: $16.10 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Identify bruised or broken portions of chicken requiring removal.

Place and identify product and place into designated area.

Remove specific parts of chicken.

Rotate into several functions including Salvage, Product Dumper, Flipping Thighs, Deboning Machine, Saddle Pack Machine, Multi Cut Machine and Netting.

Able to cut and trim product with Wizard Knife.

Supply and place pads/trays on conveyor belt.
