Vesting/Ownership – Once an Agent has been with ASB for 36 consecutive months, they are vested for a period equal to their tenure. For example, if an agent is with us for 37 months (anything more than 36) and leaves our organization, that agent will continue to receive renewals on everything that remains in force for a period of 37 months after they leave. Our agents are not only vested for their personal production, but they are also vested for any overwrite from agents in their downline. This ownership opportunity is better than any other career organization in the industry.
Compensation
Agents that personally produce are compensated at the highest level in the industry. We have 5 different levels of compensation we make available to our agents. The higher the production of the agent, the higher the potential compensation available to the agent.
In addition to personal commissions, we have 9 different levels for our agents to move up through. Each of these levels is overwrite-able to the levels below them, which means our Agents have a way of being paid based on the effort of those agents beneath them. This offers the agent that aspires to higher production, or the agent that aspires to management, several different ways to be paid.
Products – We currently work with more than 200 carriers which allows us to provide “Best in Class” products in every core market – Medicare Supplement, Final Expense, Life Insurance (UL/Term), Annuities and Long-Term Care. We go out of our way to do business only with highly rated carriers that we know will be there for the long term.
Advancement Opportunity – We are looking for Leaders Finding and developing leaders is imperative to the long-term success of our company. One-Check System – This flexible commission system allows our agents and managers to receive accurate, predictable, and timely commissions. Our one-check system, provides the following additional benefits:
Through the flexibility of our one-check system, we can split business between agents even when a carrier will not allow it.
We can pay overwrite to an agent or manager, even if that person is not appointed with the carrier.
If a chargeback occurs, we can pay off that chargeback with commissions from another carrier. This keeps the agent from getting a large negative balance with any company and potentially prevents them from being reported to Vector.
Agents and Managers receive one compensation statement for all commissions rather than dozens of statements from multiple carriers.
Our commissions are paid weekly, giving our agents the ability to receive predictable, consistent compensation.
Electronic Licensing System – Our electronic licensing system (ECS) simplifies the licensing process and allows agents to be licensed with multiple carriers more simply and quickly.
Reports – Our agents and managers have access to multiple reports (submitted, issued, Recruiting, Convention, etc…) that allow them to know where they stand compared to others – both on a regional level as well as a national level. This allows competition among our agents and managers all across the country.
Promotions and Incentives – We have first-class trips and conventions, including ASB incentives as well as trips sponsored by our partner companies. Our agents and managers can potentially go on as many as 4-5 paid vacations each year.
