Job Duties:

      Setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior/exterior concrete for floors, sidewalks, barns and slabs

       Operate skid loaders, forklifts, hand tools, and other small construction equipment

       Efficiently work in a fast – paced environment

       Be a team player – mentor and train new members of the team

       Understand Keller’s safety culture and hold others too it

       Strong attention to detail – Build it as if it was your own

       Perform any other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

       Ability to read a tape measure and carry knowledge of basic math skills

       Read and interpret blueprints

       Ability to travel typically within the state of WI. (Home every weekend)

       Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor

       Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)

       Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
