Job Description:
If you are looking for an opportunity to be an integral part of a growing company and industry leader, Gladwell Orthodontics is the place for you We are a busy orthodontic practice, with multiple locations, seeking a highly motivated Invisalign Specialist. Applicant should be able to multi-task and work independently. We are seeking team players that are eager to learn and train to be an excellent part of our team and willing to put in the time and work necessary to accomplish that goal.

Responsibilities:
Greeting potential new patients.

Provide exceptional service and education about Gladwell Orthondontics and Invisalign.

Scheduling and following up with patients.

Extrodinary customer service.

Overseeing all Invisalign cases from start to finish.

Ordering all Invisalign patient cases.

Problem solving iTero issues and bringing attention to Invisalign rep as needed.

Running reports for cases and partnering offices to ensure all items are ordered in a timely manner. 

Tracking Invisalign cases to ensure arrival time is correct for start appointment. 

Collaborating with orthodontics assistants to ensure proper scans are being submitted for patients.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an Orthodontic or Dental office prefered but not required
