Job Description

Review and process royalty reports including identification and resolution of any data conflicts

Coordinate with sales and legal teams to ensure accurate interpretation of contract language

Review contract entry data points within rights management system for accuracy

Liaise with licensees and agents to ensure timely receipt of royalty statement reporting

Timely creation and delivery of invoices as neededSystem generated and/or manual

Prepare monthly 3rd third party participation reporting

Ensure compliance with all corporate financial and internal control policies, including the Sarbanes - Oxley Act

Work closely with FP&A in New York and Corporate Finance/Accounting team in Toronto

Support the Sales and Finance team with reporting and analytics, as needed
