Busser / Barback

Are you a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we are looking for Busser/Barbacks to join our team. As a Busser/Barback, your role will be to support the bartenders and waitstaff by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies, and assisting with customer service.

Responsibilities

Clear and clean tables, bar tops, and surrounding areas.

Restock glassware, utensils, napkins, and other bar supplies.

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.

Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including the restrooms.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

Prior experience as a busser, barback, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and ability to multitask.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

Must be at least 18 years old.
