Responsibilities:
We are hiring an Investment Analyst for our Gallagher Benefit Services Team in Wakefield, MA 

*working remote is a possibility

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new Financial Planning Team

 

This position is responsible for:

Conducting market research, monitoring trends, gathering information, and performing analyses

Monitoring and evaluating portfolio positions and tracking business

Setting up and leading communication with Financial Advisors

Assisting with evaluating and creating investment strategy

Completing detailed analyses and creating presentations

Qualifications:
Required:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience required

Working knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, economics and investment strategy

Ability to travel 15% - 25%

Preferred: 

Bachelor’s Degree and an internship in finance

2-4 years of experience in finance/investing

Series 7 and 65 licenses (will need to be obtained within 6 months of hire)

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Bloomberg is a plus

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
