Cullet Hauler

Job Description

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.50

Schedule: 8 hour rotating shifts (includes working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift)

The Cullet Hauler loads, unloads, hauls, and stores cullet or other raw material, using the appropriate equipment.

The Cullet Hauler will:

Unload, haul, and store cullet, as well as unload raw batch material.

Inspect mobile equipment and conveying equipment and report any issues.

Haul cullet using mobile equipment to various areas of the plant and yard.

Load cullet into the proper silos using mobile equipment, cullet crusher, and elevator systems.

Keep multiple areas of Batch & Furnace, the cullet yard, and equipment clean.  

Measure material in raw material silos, and record and report the data.

Instruct truck drivers where to unload raw materials and ensure the material is being sent to the proper silo.

The Cullet Hauler should have:

Prior experience operating a front-end loader, and be able to successfully complete the Front End Loader licensing process.

Availability to work a rotating schedule, with weekend and vacation requirements.
