Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: Open and depending on experience
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Assignment Duration: 12 months+
Work Schedule: 9/80, hybrid days in office, 2 remote

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing user support
Negotiate and Verify Supplier Rates
Help to Supervisors create, Job Postings, Revise Workers, Onboard/Offboard workers
Manage Job Templates, Supplier Profiles
Run Reports for various Stakeholder groups
Ensure Invoice process between Fieldglass and S4
Troubleshoot error handling report
Attend meetings with Technical Run Team to review, assist, approve, IT tickets
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in vendor management, workforce management, or related field
Proven experience with the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration and administration
