Security Floater

We are looking to hire a Flex/Floater Officer for our Chicagoland locations. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work with our experienced security team. The ideal candidate must be able to make decisions, follow directions, and give instructions and have open Availability.

Qualifications:

Driver's License.

High school or equivalent.

Security Experience: 1 year (Preferred)   

PERC Card (Preferred)

Job Description:

As a Flex/Floater officer you will work different schedules, to cover vacations, Call offs and no shows. The person applying needs to have open availability, this means available to work any day of the week, this includes holidays. The shifts being covered range from, 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift.

Compensation: 16.00

Responsibilities and Requirements:

•        Respond to emergency situations.

•        Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

•        Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

•        Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.

•        Prepare highly detailed shift reports and incident reports.

•        Professional appearance.

•        Use mobile and computer applications to assist in reporting shift activity, scheduling, and inventory.
