Mission:
 Développer la solution technique IFS adaptée au client : garantir la fiabilité des solutions mises en œuvre, proposer des solutions innovantes, etc.

 Diriger l'équipe de développement en assurant le respect des jalons de livraison et la qualité des releases.

 Fournir une orientation et des conseils techniques pour les choix d'outils, les bonnes pratiques, etc.

 Anticiper les risques et évaluer les impacts techniques potentiels en fonction des solutions choisies.

 Concevoir les Dossiers d'Architecture Technique (DAT) afin de garantir la fonctionnalité opérationnelle et la performance technique de la solution.

 Guider les travaux des équipes de développement (CRIMs) et de gestion des environnements, contribuant ainsi au succès des tests d'intégration et de performance.

 Encadrer les ressources juniors dans leur apprentissage technique des solutions.

 Assurer l'interface avec le support technique IFS pour la résolution des problèmes.

 Communiquer avec l'équipe de management de projet de consultants fonctionnels en France et piloter l'équipe projet technique pour le delivery des CRIM.

 Posséder des compétences de communication avec le client en France pour le support technique.

 Contribuer aux avant-ventes en participant aux études de faisabilité technique et aux chiffrages.

Profil:
 Expérience avérée dans la conception, les langages et les architectures logiciels.

 Expertise démontrée en tant que consultant technique IFS.

 Maîtrise des technologies IFS (Solution Manager, Centura ou .NET, PL/SQL, Java) et des environnements associés :

    - Citrix,

    - base Oracle,

    - intégration via ETL/API,

    - reporting (BA, Ootary,...),

    - chargement de données (DMT, Lulidb,…),

    - Technologies HTML5 et Angular, Armonyxml data.

 Compétences approfondies dans les bases de données (investigation et résolution de problèmes de performance).

 Connaissance (en option) des outils d'automatisation (UIPath, Selenium, Loadrunner,...), de gestion de configuration (Subversion, Jenkins…), de contrôle de code (CAST, SonarPL/SQL,…).

Qualifications:
 Formation minimale de niveau Bac+4 en science de l'information ou formation équivalente.

 Excellente compréhension de l'informatique et de la modélisation des systèmes d'informations.

 Connaissance approfondie des normes et des méthodes de développement, ainsi que des normes de sécurité (option).

 Bonne connaissance des principes de gestion de projet.

 Expérience confirmée (de préférence) dans le pilotage d'équipes techniques dans le contexte de projets d'intégration d'ERP.

 Capacités de leadership reconnues.

 Capacité d'écoute et de soutien aux consultants techniques juniors.

 Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.

 Fortes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur.

 Sens élevé de l'organisation.

 Capacités de travail dans des contextes de projets sous contraintes.
