Overview:
Duties include completing audits of hotel transactions during evening shifts (11pm-7am).

Greet guests at the front desk and process check-in/out transactions. 

Balancing the accounts from day shift.

Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.

Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly

Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role.

Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments

Answering calls and queries related to potential booking.

Qualifications:
Ability to work evening and/or overnight shift.

Reliability and Good customer-service communication skills.

Attention to detail and flexible work schedule required.

Previous night auditing experience in a hotel required

Marriott experience preferred, but not required.
