Parallel Employment is currently seeking a Janitorial staff to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

Emptying trash and disposing of waste

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

Refilling supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

Cleaning windows and mirrors

Steel toe shoes

Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, including break rooms and hallways

Adhering to health and safety regulations

Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

1st shift: 7:00 am -3:30 pm M-F

Pay: $17-18:00/ HR (based on experience)

Job location: Oak Creek, WI

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Good communication and interpersonal skills
