Job Description Overview: As a Salesforce Specialist, engage yourself in an environment where your skills in CRM management and optimization are valued and nurtured. Your contributions will directly impact on our mission, enabling both corporate members and Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) to reach new heights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of our Salesforce CRM, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Manage large datasets within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and conducting insightful analysis to support decision-making.

Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.

Customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs, including developing custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Lead and collaborate on Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and optimize Salesforce usage accordingly.

Keep level of new Salesforce features and trends to continuously improve our CRM strategy.

Requirements

Skills & Experience Needed:

Proven experience in Salesforce administration and customization.

Strong ability in managing and interpreting data.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Experience in managing projects with a structured approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Salesforce certification(s) preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Salesforce-focused role.

Travel:

Occasional within the State of Michigan. Minimal travel to other states for out-of-town members or clients may be required.
