Job Description: As an Auto Appraiser, you will play a crucial role in assessing the value of vehicles for insurance claims, resale, or other purposes. Utilizing your expertise in automotive appraisal and industry knowledge, you will conduct thorough inspections, analyze vehicle condition and history, and provide accurate appraisals to our clients. You will interact with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure fair and transparent appraisal processes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site inspections of vehicles to assess condition, damage, and value.

Utilize industry-standard appraisal tools and methodologies to determine accurate vehicle valuations.

Review vehicle history reports, repair estimates, and other relevant documentation to assess vehicle value and condition.

Communicate appraisal findings clearly and effectively to clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Negotiate fair and reasonable settlements with customers and insurance adjusters.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting automotive appraisals.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of appraisal processes and findings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive appraisal, insurance claims adjusting, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and repair processes.

Familiarity with appraisal tools and software, such as Audatex, CCC, or Mitchell.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in assessing vehicle condition and value.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
