Manufacturing Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician will work under the guidance of the engineering team in support of design, monitoring, and process improvement activities for manufacturing operations.
Additional areas of focus include, but are not limited to: records keeping, basic troubleshooting, procedural recommendations, generation of manufacturing and quality control documentation.
Responsibilities:
Support Engineering (under guidance) in the following:
Conducting experiments and investigations, conducting research, running tests, and collecting data.
Design and testing of solutions to a variety of technical problems.
Analyzing production operations and offering suggestions for improvement.
Maintaining records and assisting with presentations.
Generation and maintenance of: Product specifications / drawings, Routers, Bills of Materials, Inspection documents, Validation protocols, Production forms, any other product or manufacturing related system documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in engineering technology or similar, or High school diploma plus relevant experience/aptitude.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills and time management.
Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong math, writing, and computer skills.
A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
