Job Description

General Summary Of Duties:

Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and relaxing environment for our guests while providing uncompromising levels of guest service. 

Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)

Consistently ensures cleanliness of all Spa/Fitness areas.

Provides guest with tour of locker room and explains available amenities, in a courteous and timely manner

Appropriately dispenses towels, robes, slippers and refreshments to guests; removes and stores dirty linens according to procedures.

Performs laundry duties, if applicable, including washing, drying, and folding linen

Monitors locker rooms and replenishes supplies on a regular basis.

Assists guest flow of services from locker room to professional staff

Informs facility management of any member, guest, or facility issues.

Is knowledgeable about the facility, the property and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with guests.

Reports any incidents or accidents to a member of the management team.

Other duties as assigned.
