Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our ERP Analyst position. The ERP Analyst is expected to act as an intermediary between ERP providers and end users to align business needs to the system design and usability. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate testing of new version releases with key users to ensure that the new release does not create business continuity issues

Communicate issues identified during testing of new releases or version upgrades to ERP provider as needed

Coordinate resolutions of new release issues/upgrades with ERP provider and end user prior to installing new release into production

Work with departmental calendar to schedule dates for version releases that do not conflict with other initiatives

Coordinate with Information Systems Manager to make final go/no-go decisions

Track data fixes and mass changes on a calendar as a reference source

Create and schedule batch jobs for nightly, weekly, and monthly batch processing

Function as the System Security Administrator

Review and analyze computer security reports and audit files

Enforce corporate computer security rules and procedures

Assist end-users who are unable to perform their duties due to ERP not responding

Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
