MRKT Attendant

Overview:
Town and Country is looking for a MRKT Attendant. Responsibilities:
Be familiar with all standards of performance excellence and adhere to these standards throughout our guest experience.

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.

Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer.

Take orders, record in POS system and prepare food and coffee beverages.

Deliver food/beverages to tables and maintain a clear area at all times.

Qualifications:
Passion for Coffee: A deep love for all things coffee-related, from bean to cup, and a desire to share that passion with others.

Barista Brilliance: Previous experience as a barista or a willingness to learn the art of coffee crafting from scratch – after all, every great barista has to start somewhere

Customer Charm: A natural flair for customer service and a knack for building connections with guests, making them feel valued and appreciated.

Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work closely with your fellow baristas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
