We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team on the night shift at Brightwild. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and exceptional experience during their stay.

Responsibilities

Manage all guest communication during the night shift, including answering incoming reservation calls and in-stay guest service calls.

Provide prompt and friendly responses to chat messages and emails, addressing customer inquiries and requests.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Handle and resolve guest issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure all guest accommodations are properly maintained and prepared.

Assist with remote check-ins and emergencies during the night shift.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Prior customer service or hospitality experience.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and during night shifts.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in using computers and technology.

Reliable transportation for commuting.
