WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
Partners with HR leaders to meet the needs of departments within the business unit.
Supports the internal and external recruitment efforts for the property.
Manages open job requisitions.
Pre-screens potential candidates and builds talent pool for all positions.
Responsible for developing sourcing strategies for open roles.
Monitors and submits appropriate licensing for new hires and renewals.
Works closely with property management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Facilitates identified training programs for the property, including but not limited to, New Hire Orientation, and Customer Service training.
Attends training and meetings, as required.
Collects, analyzes, and looks for trends in Human Resources data to make suggestions relating to HR strategy for turnover, recruitment, engagement, training courses, and leadership opportunities.
Assists with design and execution of engagement and retention events.
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management.
This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours, as business needs dictate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of HR or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
PHR certification preferred.
Previous experience working in a labor environment with union contracts preferred.
Must have advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); iCIMS and UltiPro experience a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge of state, local, and federal labor laws and regulations related to HR.
