Job Description
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team and assist in the smooth and efficient operation of our data management systems. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our databases and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet data entry deadlines.
Responsibilities
Entering and updating data into databases accurately and efficiently.
Reviewing and verifying data for errors or discrepancies.
Performing regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Managing and organizing large volumes of data.
Assisting with data entry projects as assigned.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Adhering to data entry and confidentiality policies and procedures.
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient data management.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in data entry or related field preferred.
Proficient typing skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry software.
Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
