Responsibilities 

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

Requirements

Must have a current NJ license or permit in Cosmetology or Esthetics as a Esthetician/Aesthetics or Cosmetologist (will consider individual with a temporary NJ license)

Must possess a positive, upbeat, and personable attitude.

Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively and courteously with guests, staff, and studio management.

Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
