Overview:
TRC is currently seeking an AutoCAD Intern to join our team. This position would work in our Virginia Beach, VA office The ideal candidate will be proficient with 2D and 3D technical drawing and a passion for collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other technical experts. This role involves drafting skills crucial for efficiently delivering high-quality outputs within budget and timelines for multiple concurrent projects. This role is for Spring/Summer 2024 and successful candidates are encouragement to consider full time position following graduation.

Responsibilities:
As an AutoCAD Intern, you will play a key role in providing 2D & 3D AutoCAD and drafting support across a diverse range of solid waste, environmental and stormwater management projects.

Qualifications:
 

Proficient in preparing 2D & 3D AutoCAD outputs. 

Proficient in reading construction drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Demonstrated experience with Bluebeam or similar PDF viewers and editors.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Ability to work closely with the project management team.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
