ABOUT THE ROLE

Avant Gardner is seeking a part-time receptionist. The receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple platforms, greeting guests of the venue, distributing information, and keeping the office clean and organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the venue

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Assist colleagues with administrative tasks

Provide excellent customer service through Zendesk

Manage the Lost and Found through Crowdfind

Assist with office supplies ordering when necessary

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

MUST be available mornings and weekends

Proficiency in CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce etc

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

COMPENSATION

Hourly rate for this role is $20.
