Summary of Position:
The Department of Biomedical Education and Data Science at Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine in Philadelphia is accepting applications for a full-time non-tenure-track Physiology Faculty opportunity.

 

The Department is currently made up of 24 exceptional faculty members who are responsible for teaching professional level courses in three different colleges – the Schools of Medicine, Dentistry and Podiatric Medicine. In addition, the faculty serve the post-baccalaureate pre-medical and health professions programs at the School of Medicine and the College of Science and Technology. The department has a strong teaching program and faculty members play a major role as educators and directors of multiple courses in the curricula of these schools. They provide physiology curriculum content expertise to these programs.

Qualifications:
• Terminal doctoral degree (Ph.D., D.O., M.D. or equivalent)
• Training and experience teaching in the physiological disciplines, including human physiology and cell physiology.
• Recent graduates of teaching track PhD programs in physiology are encouraged to apply.

 

Lewis Katz School of Medicine
