Responsibilities:
Setup, manage, perform, and improve vibration equipment routes

Analyze vibration data on all designated assets and asset sub components

Communicate anomalies to appropriate personnel

Compare data with data obtained from other predictive maintenance technologies

Research and acquire additional applications for the vibration, balancing, and alignment technologies

Communicate with reliability consultants whenever practical

Lead motor team, and utilize technologies for motor health management such as motor insulation resistance testing and MCA

Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

A minimum of 10 years in nondestructive testing and predictive maintenance preferred

Vibration Analyst Category II or higher

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proven track record of safety excellence

Strong computer skills with understanding of Microsoft Office products; possess the ability to learn and use AMS Suite.

Capable of balancing office work with field work

Exceptional work ethic with high energy, drive, and enthusiasm
