Overview:
The Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and administration of compensation procedures, practices and programs. The selected candidate will utilize salary surveys to study labor markets and determine competitive compensation for approximately 8,000 salaried employees. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Research appropriate job descriptions

Ensure equitable internal and external compensation rates
Review job classification and recommend compensation changes within company policy and budgetary limitations

Interpret state and federal laws regulating compensation practices

Support all compensation special requests and emergent project work

Brief and educate supervision and salaried employees on compensation policies and practices

Building consensus with Sr. Leadership on compensation initiatives and developing a strategic roadmap for implementation

Qualifications:
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required 

Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or Compensation related role

Internal candidates must be from organizations outside of Operations (Gabriel/Casciano).

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or HR

Demonstrated proficiency in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word

Strong analytical skill and financial background 

Excellent oral and written skills are necessary as this position requires significant peer and customer interface with all levels of management. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in a team environment.  

Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently.
