A Brief Overview

This role will support the enterprise through process improvement and reducing loss to the organization. They are responsible for mining and translating data to provide meaningful analysis used for investigative and strategic decision making. They will compile data and produce reports as needed to support the organization. This position reports to the Director of Security.

What you will do:

Conduct in-depth analysis using data from multiple data sources to provide actionable metrics for identifying and reducing fraud.

Deliver reporting on weekly & monthly basis covering exception-based reporting, sales reducing transactions, and key performance indicators. Build out dashboard to drive visibility and awareness.

Provides analytical support for investigations to identify losses to the company and mitigate company shrink.

Build cross functional partnerships to understand trends and operational concerns occurring in the business that may identify areas of opportunity.

Supports incoming analytical and exception based reporting investigatory requests to the security inbox as needed.

Support ad hoc data and analysis requests from leadership.

Other projects as assigned by the Director of Security.

Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required

1-3 years Relevant experience Required

Excel, Proficient in all Microsoft Office (High proficiency)

Programming – preferred Visual Basic and SQL (High proficiency)

Ability to multi-task, deliver under tight timelines and demonstrate excellent time-management (High proficiency)

Strong problem solving and analytical skills (High proficiency)

Initiative and flexibility to work independently and on a team (High proficiency)
