Overview:
To lead the biscuit-making processes and provide personal guest interactions that build genuine relationships with guests and result
in a brand-aligned experience while maintaining operating standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure sanitation and physical and food safety standards are maintained (as measured through internal and external audits and expectations).
2. Interact with guests and hosts in a manner that celebrates BB’s Biscuits and the Bluebird Kitchen, with the desired level of service consistent with our established Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards.
3. Ensure all hosts in the BB’s Biscuits area provide fun, friendly, and engaging service.
4. Actively engage guests through freshly prepared samples and suggestive selling.
5. Personally demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
6. Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
7. Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
8. Provide guidance, training, and feedback to ensure BB’s Biscuits hosts achieves satisfactory performance standards.
9. Perform product preparation, stocking, and guest service within BB’s Biscuits and the Bluebird Kitchen/Deli/Bakery department.
10. Perform all other duties as assigned by management

 

 

Qualifications:
1. Friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.
2. Must be able to actively engage guests and be willing to have fun with our guests.
3. Willingness to perform in front of crowds and draw attention to BB’s Biscuits.
4. Ability to perform multiple tasks, simultaneously.
5. Ability to work well with others.
6. Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
7. Previous biscuit-making experience preferred.
8. Ability to read and understand information and direction.
9. Ability to communicate with team members to provide clear instructions and guidance.
10. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
11. Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills.
12. Must be at least 18 years old.
13. Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
14. Ability to effectively communicate with and take direction from supervision.
