The Receptionist II will be the lead example for Inland Empire Health Plan in ensuring a friendly and professional manner while demonstrating sound judgment during everyday situations that may arise in the Reception area. Ensure that caller’s and visitor’s needs are responded to in an accurate and timely manner. The Receptionist II must ensure communications with internal and external customers run smoothly and that Reception operational policies and procedures, including security protocols are followed. The Receptionist II is also responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant Team.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Administrative/Receptionist capacity, supporting day-to-day clerical operations and providing customer service support
A minimum of one (1) prior experience in an office environment is required
Customer service experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Key Qualifications
Good knowledge of general office procedures and practices, office equipment, and capable of accurately maintaining records and filing system
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required
Understanding of, and sensitivity to, a multi-cultural community
Strong organizational skills
Typing 35 words per minute
Skilled in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desired
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment required

A high degree of patience

Work Model Location:
The work location for this position requires onsite attendance in Rancho Cucamonga Monday-Friday.
