Job Description:
To ensure all food is served according to specifications and Omni Standards

Responsibilities:
Being able to proper Communicate with the Kitchen MOD to learn daily work tasks and duties.

Ability to Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within the allotted time frame.

Culinary skilled and knowledgeable of basic kitchen set up, pars and recipe following, including Banquets Kitchen production.

Understanding of plate presentations and preparations of seasonal

Ensure a clear communication with all line cooks daily for proper pars and production requirements when needed in specific workstations.

Prepare and assist in all areas of the kitchen including hot line, steam line and restaurant kitchen area when delegated by Chef on duty.

Show consistency in proper sanitation practices throughout the whole hotel.

Assure training on how to maintain and protect all hotel equipment.

Prepare and assist on the Creation and execution of daily specials.
