- Operate and maintain the incinerator system in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as international regulations and standards

- Monitor and control the incinerator system to ensure proper functioning and compliance with environmental regulations

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the incinerator system, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts as needed

- Keep accurate records of incinerator operations and maintenance activities

- Train and supervise other crew members on the safe and proper use of the incinerator system

- Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining incinerator systems on board vessels

- Knowledge of international regulations and standards for incinerator operation and maintenance

- Strong mechanical and technical skills

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other crew members

- Proven track record of safety and environmental compliance

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule and be on call for emergencies
