Descripción general del trabajo:
El Asistente de limpieza es responsable de hacer impresiones duraderas en nuestros huéspedes al garantizar que la habitación del huésped esté limpia, atractiva y acogedora en todo momento. Asegura que los "toques adicionales" se exhiben para nuestros huéspedes más exigentes al proporcionar comodidades y servicios adicionales.

Responsabilidades:
Proporciona servicios adicionales, como toallas y almohadas adicionales, doblar la cama, refrescar / limpiar la habitación, encender la televisión y la música en un canal relajante y relajante, cerrar las cortinas y más.

Limpia ventanas, puertas, paredes, armarios y accesorios en habitaciones, áreas públicas y pasillos, a menudo usando escaleras o taburetes para limpiar áreas de difícil acceso, a fin de mantener una instalación limpia, presentable y atractiva en todo momento.

Lava las paredes de la ducha y la bañera, limpia los inodoros y las paredes de los cubículos, si corresponde, limpia las tuberías expuestas, limpia los espejos, los lavabos y las paredes para tener baños públicos y limpios y sanitarios.

Reemplaza toallas, jabones y todas las comodidades de la habitación

Desempolva y pule todos los muebles, accesorios y tapices, incluido el uso de un plumero para alcanzar los respiraderos y las esquinas del techo para eliminar el polvo y las telarañas.

Verifica la limpieza del armario, limpia la puerta del armario, las manijas y los estantes superiores y reabastece los suministros de la habitación de huéspedes, como perchas, mantas y almohadas adicionales.

Aspira las habitaciones, las áreas públicas y los pasillos, opera las aspiradoras con un peso de hasta 25 lb y levanta / mueve muebles pesados ​​para aspirar toda el área de la alfombra, incluso debajo de los muebles y las áreas de difícil acceso.

Inspecciona todas las cerraduras de puertas y ventanas para asegurarse de que funcionan correctamente e inmediatamente alerta a la gerencia sobre una situación insegura o insegura para la seguridad de los huéspedes y empleados.

Inspecciona todo el equipo de la habitación (TV, luces / lámparas, grifos, radios) para garantizar un funcionamiento correcto e informa de inmediato sobre el estado de la habitación y las deficiencias de mantenimiento de la habitación, por escrito, al Ama de llaves ejecutiva para su reparación / resolución rápida.

Asegura y mantiene la custodia de equipos, llaves y suministros en todo momento para proteger y preservar la propiedad del hotel

Mantiene un comportamiento amable, alegre y cortés en todo momento.

Experiencia

Experiencia previa en el área de limpieza deseable

 

Conocimientos/Habilidades

Debe tener conocimiento básico de los principios generales de limpieza, del uso de los productos de limpieza y del funcionamiento del equipo de limpieza.

Debe poder entender y seguir instrucciones verbales o escritas y poder comunicarse verbalmente y por escrito.

Excelente visión necesaria; énfasis en estándares de limpieza y control de calidad.

Demanda Física
