Shift: Full-Time, first shift start time of 6:00am

Hourly Pay Rate: $24.00

Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Position Summary:
The Building Maintenance Technician maintains the cleanliness of the facility.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Ensure cleanliness through continuous monitoring and cleaning of facility
Empty and clean all trash barrels throughout the facility
Wipe down walls quarterly
Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment
Report any problems with cleaning equipment or out of stock cleaning materials to management
Assist management on assignments as requested
Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
0 to 6 plus months general facility maintenance experience
Ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions effectively
Problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Forklift and scrubber certification
General knowledge of OSHA requirements in a warehouse environment
