Lo Que Aportas a la Mesa

Mínimo de un año de experiencia en gestión y / o liderazgo

La experiencia en servicio de alimentos, comercio minorista, hospitalidad o gestión hotelera es una ventaja

Habilidad para liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento junto con el Gerente General.

Brindar una experiencia excepcional para los clientes, fomentando un ambiente parecido a una familia

Se requieren habilidades de resolución de conflictos, así como excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

Contratar, capacitar y administrar a los miembros del equipo del restaurante y gerentes de turno del restaurante

Identificar y fomentar el talento en su equipo, y desarrollar a personas en alto rendimiento reconociendo el trabajo bien hecho 

Seguir los procedimientos operativos y de inventario

Ayudar con el horario, el control de gastos, manejo de mano de obra y la comercialización de los restaurantes

Influir con una cultura de seguridad alimentaria que exceda los estándares de la compañía en calidad de alimentos, prácticas de seguridad alimentaria y limpieza

Capacidad para trabajar 45 horas por semana dentro de nuestras horas de operación, con la flexibilidad para realizar turnos variables a lo largo de la semana (comenzando tan temprano como las 7 am y trabajando hasta tan tarde como las 11 pm)

La posición puede incluir caminar, agacharse, virarse, estirarse, agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse, empujar, tirar o mover objetos de hasta 55 libras

Pueden aplicarse otros requisitos físicos, según sea razonablemente aplicable en un entorno estándar de cocina/restaurante

Se requiere licencia de conducir válida, ya que conducir podría ser necesario

Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad
