En facilitant l'accès à des données médicales fiables provenant directement des patients aux professionnels de santé, Withings permet à ses partenaires non seulement d'optimiser la gestion des soins de leurs patients, mais également de générer des revenus, de diminuer les couts et d'améliorer leur engagement vis-à-vis de leurs traitements.

Vos missions :

En tant que Solutions Engineer (VIE), vous serez chargé de:

Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe commerciale Withings située à Boston pour présenter nos appareils, services et solutions aux partenaires et clients potentiels.

Fournir un support technique avancé, répondre aux questions techniques et proposer des solutions d'intégration à nos partenaires

Rédiger et proposer des documentations, schémas techniques et Proof of Concept pour assurer le succès de l'implémentation de nos solutions.

Evaluer et suivre la qualité de service des solutions mises en place grâce à l'analyse de données.

Contribuer à la définition de la Roadmap des services futurs en collaboration avec l'équipe Produits.

Requirements

Formation initiale d'ingénieur ou de développeur logiciel

3 ans et plus d'experience en entreprise sur des postes à forte composante technique

Capacité à comprendre et expliquer des concepts techniques complexes en Anglais

Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement

Forte motivation et engagement envers l'excellence et le succès client.

Anglais courant requis.

Localisation :

Après une formation initiale de 2-3 mois à Issy les Moulineaux, le poste sera basé à Boston.
