Under the direction of the Senior Director, Community Health, the Director, Community Wellness Centers is responsible for strategy planning, developing, and implementing change programs for the Community Wellness Centers, which may include change initiatives, member experience initiatives, large-scale business process changes, operations, and other change management programs. This position creates and executes comprehensive and overarching strategy and change management plans for the Community Wellness Centers. The incumbent ensures success of large-scale change projects through effective planning, implementation, engagement, and measurement. As a highly organized, energetic, and creative thinker, the Director, Community Wellness Centers leads the application of strategy methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment, and stakeholder analysis. The incumbent defines and collects key performance metrics to enable accurate and valid measurement of member experience and identifies areas for improvement. This position oversees the development and implementation of strategy and programming communication, project tools, and education that ensures adoption and minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare environment handling community resource center operations. Two (2) years of experience in change management, strategy, or related experience. Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a team at a leadership level.
Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution required.

Effectively represent IEHPs mission, vision, values, and key growth initiatives.
Effective communication skills, including resolving conflict, excellent teamwork, and relationship skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective creation of executive level reports and in-person presentations.
Strong understanding and knowledge in the following areas:Understanding of and sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment and community.
Translate and communication complex topics in a variety of forums, tailoring communication to effectively fit and influence the target audience.
Evolving health care environment in order to best support the needs of the CRCs.
Proven ability to:Build effective working relationships. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead conversations and engage stakeholders across the organization at all levels.
Work independently and/or collaboratively with key internal and external leaders, partners, and community members.
Possess strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities for growth within the department to better support organizational goals.
Effectively communicate in variety of prestation setting and to influence key stakeholders to drive meaningful change and innovation.
Community health landscape to support practices and develop upstream interventions to better support positive behavior change.
