Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales:
Responsable de todo el servicio de limpieza básico de interior y exterior de el edificio
Barrer, trapear, aspirar, vaciar basura, enjuagar y limpiar, despolvar, y sacar brillo
La limpieza de los baños incluye reponer el papel higiénico y otros dispensadores, vaciar la basura, limpiar y desinfectar lavabo y accesorios, limpiar los espejos, limpiar las puertas y paredes de partición, barrer y trapear los pisos, limpiar inodoros y urinarios, desinfectar las áreas de alto contacto, despolvar las superficies horizontales y ventilación
Limpieza de las oficinas incluye mover los muebles, aspirar, limpiar e despolvar los muebles y organizarlos, vaciar la basura, desinfectar y despolvar los escritorios y teléfonos, despolvar los cubículos y gabinetes
Limpieza de áreas comunes incluye barrer, trapear, aspirar, limpiar paredes, desinfectar áreas de alto contacto, despolvar ventilación y ventanas, lavar ventanas
Limpieza de las áreas de almuerzo incluye, barrer, trapear y aspirar, desinfectar mesas, sillas, lavabos y otros accesorios, vaciar la basura, y reponer consumibles
Realiza tareas adicionales según se requiera, incluida la asistencia a áreas inundadas, derrames accidentales y trabajos relacionados de limpieza para problemas de basura y baños.
Llenar carros y armarios al final de cada turno
Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos:
Habilidades de comunicación solidas
Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar las horas asignadas
Debe mantener un comportamiento profesional
Remuneración:
Harvard ofrece una tarifa competitiva de pago de $16.25 por hora que incluye un paquete de beneficios con seguro médico, dental, de vida y de discapacidad a largo plazo (LTD, por sus siglas en inglés), junto con el plan de ahorros 401k.
