Position Overview: 

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of our company. You will work closely with our senior accountants and finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level accounting professional to gain valuable experience and grow their career in accounting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assist with financial statement preparation and variance analysis.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.

Assist with audit and tax preparation tasks as needed.

Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Stay current on accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging role.
