Manage sales team and sales processes
Assist with deal structuring, presenting numbers, and closing deals
Implement and execute best practices to achieve sales goals
Ensure excellent customer care and satisfaction
Track and analyze sales performance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the powersports industry
Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Motorcycle endorsement preferred
